Q Are my details private?

does everything possible to saveguard your privacy.
We retain your details (name, address, phone, cell, email etc) but never give (or sell)
your details to anyone. We do not retain any credit card details.
Q Is it safe to use credit cards on your site?
A Yes. We use a shopping cart provided by Paymate and their secure Express Payment Wizard for processing Credit Card payments.
Q How long before the goods arrive?
A When payment is made via Internet Banking, these payments usually show up overnight and goods are usually dispatched on the same day.
When payment is made by Credit Card via the Paymate Express Payment Wizard, then it takes a couple of business days for their security systems to clear the payment. As soon as payments are cleared by Paymate, goods are dispatched.
Once payment has cleared, the speed of delivery depends on the delivery method chosen:
- CourierPost within New Zealand urban areas usually arrives next business day.
- CourierPost to New Zealand Rural Delivery areas delivery may take an extra day.
- International Air Mail takes 3-10 days to Australia, North America and Europe.
Q Do you ship internationally?
A Yes. We ship to Australia, North America and Europe. The main products we export are the Thermerino and Merinos range of 100% Merino wool garments.
Q Are you going to email us constantly?
A No. We wont barrage you with emails every week, or twice a week as some sites do.
We usually send out emails every month or so, so it wont be our emails jamming your in-box with junk.
If you dont want to receive the occasional email from us, please let us know.
Q When I view or add things to the shopping cart, I always get this window asking "Do you want to display the nonsecure items?". What should I click on?
A If you click "Yes", then you will see the bodyandbike logo appear on the shopping cart window. If you click "No", then there will be a "placeholder" and no logo.
